Data Deletion Instructions
Meta person data
In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations and remove “Eva AI”. Meta sends Eva a deletion callback and returns a confirmation code plus a link to this status page. This removes chat, comment, contact, and order data tied to your Meta identity; it does not delete the organisation’s entire workspace.
Organisation workspace
A signed-in workspace owner can request deletion under Settings → Organisation. Deletion is scheduled after 30 days and the owner can cancel during that period. If you cannot sign in, email the request to info@oyu.ml. An unresolved payment must be reconciled first; only legally required, minimised financial evidence without tenant or customer PII is retained separately.
