Terms of Service

1. The service

Eva AI is a SaaS product that generates automated replies to messages and comments on a business's Facebook Page and Instagram Business account, based on the knowledge base the customer provides.

The service is operated by Oyu Intelligence LLC, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

2. Accounts and responsibility

You must be legally authorised to manage any Facebook Page or Instagram account you connect.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity carried out through your account.

3. Knowledge base content

Eva answers only from the knowledge base you provide. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of that content.

You may not upload content that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy, or is otherwise unlawful.

4. Limits of automated replies

Replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. The service is not intended for medical, legal, or financial advice.

Replies are published in your organisation's name and are treated as your own. Review your knowledge base before enabling automated replies.

5. Meta platform policies

You must comply with the Facebook and Instagram Platform Terms and Community Standards. We may suspend a connection that violates them.

6. Termination

You may disconnect and close your account at any time. See /data-deletion for the deletion procedure.

We may suspend the service for non-payment or for breach of these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
